Shipping policy

Ebooks are delivered via email by BookFunnel. You will receive a message from the BookFunnel team with a link and download instructions.

The print books sold on sextonscottage.com are printed on demand, to order, and are then shipped directly to you. Once the order is placed, there is only a short window in which it can be cancelled (usually within 24 hours, longer over weekends). Please email immediately at alice@sextonscottage.com if you have made a mistake, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Books are printed in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, depending on the location you order from, and will be shipped to you from the nearest printer.

SHIPPING COSTS are set by the printer. At checkout, you will be able to choose between available options for your location. I do not make money on the shipping.

It usually takes 2–7 days to print your order, which will then ship according to the manner you chose on checkout. If you books have not arrived within 3 weeks, please contact me.

Please note that if you do not choose an option that includes tracking, I will not be able to track your order once it has left the printer either.
